Pamela Dress - Grape

The Pamela Dress has been named after one of my oldest friends - we've been friends since Primary School!

Pamela & my brother, Cameron started kindy together. Once they started school we quickly became friends! We went to a small country school with composite classes so were quite often together. Lots of playdates, school events, tennis lessons & trips to the Royal Easter Show in Sydney with our families.

Our Primary School was 20kms from the nearest town - we lived on opposite sides of the school and I was always jealous when it rained they would get the day off school b/c their bus couldn't get through the 7 (or maybe 8) causeways when the water rose. We had one causeway and it flooded once in 7 years!

We only went to high school for one year together before I changed schools, she might not remember but I always remember her keeping an eye on me and making sure I was ok. She knew what it was like going from a Year 6 class of 4 kids to 250 in Year 7!

Who remembers Debutante Balls? They were a big thing where we grew up - I never did mine as I was at Boarding School however got to enjoy attending them all, the best one was my brother partnering Pamela at her Deb! What a memory - all the boys in Tux's and the girls in wedding-esque dresses being 'presented into society'. It was more for the parents as they kids just wanted to dress up & have a good time! So much fun!

We have attended each others weddings, had our first borns only months apart, enjoyed lots of beach holidays and always try to catch up whenever we can! It's always a bonus when your husbands & kids get along like a house on fire!

The Pamela Dress is made from the most luxurious purple linen - a blue based colouring flattering to all skin tones. 

Featuring a mandarin collar with matching fabric buttons halfway down the front that can be worn done up to the neck or just a few buttons. A ruffle around the middle and our fave feature - pockets. With gorgeous shirred cuffs that can be worn long or pushed up, it's flattering for all shapes & sizes.

Lovely with sneakers or boots. Also fab with stockings when it's cooler!
